The young company NOSADE starts its services for extraordinary, individually arrangable Yoga Retreats in Morroco and therefore completed the team of international Yoga teachers.
"My own practice is fully inspired by the different styles of yoga. I see the variety as a source of creative ideas and inspiration. And that’s what we want to share with our fellow travelers“, NOSADE –founder Anica Herrmann explains the compilation of her team.
NOSADE is teaching practical Anusara inspired Yoga, Classical Hatha & Tantric Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow as well as Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga with a focus on biomechanical movement and health while advancing the today’s practice of asanas.
„In our workshops and retreats we are deepening the understanding of connecting movement patterns, breath, classic philosophies as well as modern interpretations of yoga as we consider just doing poses is not enough for a skillful and aware practice.“ Herrmann explains and presents her team for the first season from Oktober 2015 to March 2016:
Victor Thiele, founder of yogafürdich, looks back on decades of own yoga and meditation practice. Next to completed trainings and workshops in yoga and gym, he is practicing constantly and regularly yoga and meditation as his life and health elixir. This knowledge he is sharing with his students and fellows. For him it is important to always face the people who join him in the classroom, with an open heart, without wanting to moralize them, especially in terms of their lifestyle. Victor Thiele lives in Berlin and teaches Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Katja Hartmann teaches clear, pure classes dedicated to aspects of inner transformation. For Katja Hartmann it is most imortant to awake her students awareness about the chance to re-think decissions and directions in their lifes by doing Yoga and chosing an attentive way of life. Katja Hartmann lives in Berlin and teaches Vinyasa Flow & Forrest characterized Yoga.
In her classes Lina Alonso focusses on the perception of her students, their wishes and requirements in order to increase their own potentials. Dynamic, challenge and liveliness are characterizing her classes. She always tries to get her students awareness for the connection between calmness and strength. Lina Alonso lives in Berlin teaches Vinyasa Flow.
Katrin Witt is practizingfor more than 10 years now. What she found in her practice was peace and strength from the very beginning, serenity and gratitude have followed.
That is what she wants to share whereupon her heartfelt concern is to integrate yoga into a normal life, to practice with fun and joy and to submit no overlying strict dogmas. Katrin lives in Berlin and teaches Power Vinyasa Flow and Power Core Pilates.
Evelyn Stavrinidis’ classes are all aboutgetting centred, fit & connected. For her the most effective way in which we can shift our energy, increase our awareness and affect the ways in which we experience ourselves is to clear and free the body and breath through movement to find a good balance and a peaceful mind for the everyday life. Evelyn lives in Australia and teaches Hatha Flow, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Yoga & Tantric Anusara Hatha.
Eleftheria Varsami & Edward Pawlak are traveling the world teaching yoga together in magical sceneries.
Edward Pawlak has been practicing Yoga since 2007. He has studied and taught at studios all over the world: Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Bikram, Aerial, Partner, Yin and Iyengar Yoga as well as Tai Chi, Kundalini and Traditional Thai Massage.
Eleftheria Varsami has a focus on the therapeutical benefits of Yoga and alignment. She organizes Detox retreats in Greece, Bali, New Zealand, Australia and South Korea and has attended numerous intensives and workshops zo deepen her knowledge and her own practice. Elefteria Varsami teaches Vinyasa Choreography, Partner, Acro, Aerial, Iyengar and Yin Yoga and has done several Buddhist meditation retreats in India and New Zealand. She teaches Power Vinyasa, Hatha,Yin, Aerial , Partner and Acro Yoga.
For Autumn Laura Cunliffe Yoga is all about creative movement, meditation and sound for many years. It was her grandfather who was giving her an intriguing taste of these mysterious arts. In her teaching she is encouraging the students awareness to feel the own body and gently guiding her students to a blissful awareness of the subtler energetic dimensions of yoga and to learn to relax and let go. Autumn is living in England and Spain. She is teaching Kundalini Kriya, Restorative Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Guided Relaxation.
Gaia Ceccarelli is abslolutely believing into movement and the body as an instrument to create harmony have always been an integral part of her life. Gaia Ceccarelli studied classical, modern and contemporary dance for 16 years. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga her teaching style emphasizes body awareness and alignment, focussing the attention on cultivating sensibilty, honesty and concentration on the mat and in life. In her teaching she guides her students towards having the confidence and understanding to develop a self-practice and to personally experience the transformative power of yoga.Gaia is living in Italy and teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Yoga & Restorative Yin Yoga.
With a background in contemporary dance Valerie Watkinson works closely with expression, emotion and connectivity through the body. For her the key for developing a spiritual and mindful practice is about the correct use of the breath, being aware of sensations, and gaining a relationship with oneself. Valerie Watkinson studied Hatha yoga in India, integral yoga in Cambodia, and founded Blossomtreeyoga in 2014. Valerie is living in UK and teaching dynamic flow yoga, Hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama and breath workshops.
Smiljana Primorac, born and raised on the Croatian island of Brac, teaches Anasura inspired Yoga. She always invites her students to into a practice being a space to develop and discover. She is running a yoga camp and teaches yoga classes on the beautiful island of Brac. She loves working with people, to live and to laugh. Morocco, and especially Morocco’s desert, owns her heart. Smiljana Primorac is living in Croatia and is teaching Anusara inspired Yoga.
